1. Scope
By placing an order on BlitzRecharge.com or through our mobile application, you agree to these terms and conditions.
These terms apply to all our products: gift cards, game codes, mobile top-ups/data bundles, and eSIM bundles for travel.
Any deviation only applies when confirmed in writing in advance.
2. Orders and agreement
An agreement is formed once your payment has been successfully completed, whether via the website or via the app.
For security reasons, we may refuse or manually review orders.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes where required.
Payment is processed through an external payment processor, using the payment methods offered at checkout at that time (for example iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, or Google Pay).
In the app, you pay through the same payment processor as on the website — not through the in-app purchase systems of the App Store or Play Store.
4. Digital delivery
After successful payment, we deliver digital codes by email and/or via the order status page.
For eSIM bundles, activation details (QR code and/or activation code) are delivered digitally; you can install these via the instructions on the website or, if you use the app, directly from your digital eSIM overview in the app.
Delivery times are indicative and can vary in case of extra verification or external delay.
5. Use and responsibility
You are responsible for entering a correct email address, selecting the right product, and accounting for any regional restrictions.
Delivered codes should be treated as confidential and stored securely.
An eSIM profile can only be installed on one device at a time; installing it on a different device requires a new bundle.
6. Use of the mobile application
In addition to the website, we offer a mobile application that lets you manage and top up eSIM bundles, and receive push notifications about your bundle (for example when your data is almost used up).
Using the app may require an account based on your email address; logging in happens via a one-time code or a magic link, not a password.
These terms and conditions apply in full to purchases and use through the app, alongside the privacy policy for the processing of your data within the app.
7. Withdrawal and refunds
For digital codes that have already been delivered, withdrawal rights generally do not apply once delivery has started with your express consent before the end of the withdrawal period.
A refund can be assessed in cases of demonstrable technical delivery problems, for example a non-working code or an eSIM that cannot be activated.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to direct damage resulting from an attributable failure on our part.
We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or damage caused by misuse of a code, an eSIM profile, or the app.
We are not responsible for the eSIM, network, or operating system compatibility of your device.
