Select an available value on the Neosurf Voucher page. Keep the code private after delivery; possession of the PIN can be enough to spend the balance.
Paying with the voucher

- Enter the 10-character PIN.
- Review the amount and confirm.
- Save the code if a balance remains.
The official FAQ says that remaining value can be checked through Neosurf's own voucher-check page. Do not enter the PIN on websites that merely claim they can verify it.

Balance, validity and refunds
Voucher values and validity can vary by country. Use the official check page for status and balance. Neosurf also describes a refund process through a verified myNeosurf account; identity verification and a fee may apply. The retailer cannot simply take back a delivered and exposed code.
