A MiFinity eVoucher is prepaid credit for a MiFinity eWallet or a supported merchant checkout. You buy a fixed amount, receive a 20-digit PIN and redeem the full voucher in one transaction. It is useful when you prefer not to deposit with a bank card, but the amount and currency need to match.
What you need before buying
Create your own MiFinity account and complete any verification requested in the app. Then check that the eVoucher option is available in your country and note the currency of your wallet.
Choose the matching amount and currency on the MiFinity eVoucher page. A euro voucher is not the same as a sterling voucher. MiFinity may offer conversion, but a fee can apply.
Redeem the voucher step by step
- Sign in to your MiFinity eWallet.
- Select Deposit and choose eVoucher.
- Select the exact value and currency printed in your order.
- Enter the 20-digit PIN.
- Review any fee or conversion before confirming.
- Keep the order email until the balance appears.
MiFinity states that an eVoucher is redeemed in full and can only be used once. You cannot normally split one voucher across several wallet deposits.

Validity and common problems
The official support article gives a validity period of 12 months from purchase. It is still sensible to check the delivery immediately so a wrong currency or amount can be investigated before the code is used.
If redemption fails, compare the selected amount and currency first. Then check the account's country support and verification status. Avoid repeated attempts if the details are correct; contact MiFinity support and the retailer with the order number, without publishing the PIN.
